June 2019: An evening with Patrick Cameron

Anyone who knows me, knows that when I’m asked who my icon is, the answer will always be Patrick Cameron.

Patrick is a world-leading hairdresser who specialises in long hair. He is renowned for his creative, inspirational, refreshing approach to dressing hair. Everyone in the industry knows of him.

On the 17th June, Ellee and I headed to North Hertfordshire College where Patrick was demonstrating some of his approaches to Hair Up.
It was Ellee’s first time meeting Patrick, and she was blown away by his expertise. I have seen Patrick many times before at various shows and learning environments.

During the course of the evening, Patrick put together stunning styles that looked complicated to the eye yet easy to recreate. He reiterated an important phrase: “when in doubt, keep it simple.”

Patrick also works in association with Wella, using the same products that we use at the salon.

We left feeling very inspired and with more ideas under our belt that we can’t wait to use on clients to come.
