Hair By Natalie – end of year update
This 2022 has been another busy year for us – with proms, weddings, more training and developments, and new product offerings.
It has been wonderful to be back in the salon in this so-called ‘new normal’, post-Covid 19. The virus had a huge impact on many industries, including hairdressing, with months of forced closures and bad hair days. But, thankfully, due to the support of our loyal clients, we got through the other side, and we were so excited to welcome you all back.
It wasn’t long after returning to the salon that we received some devasting news. In July, our stylist, Stacey, lost her life shortly after the birth of her daughter, Aida. The news came as a huge shock for everyone, including her partner, Harry, and the families, and our thoughts have been with them all since.
We all miss Stacey immensely and hope that the funds we raised for Aida will help in the effort to support her future. A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who contributed to the fund.
Maximising our MCE status
At Hair By Natalie, one of our core values is keeping up to date with the latest information and trends, and we do this by regularly training in CPD courses.
In January 2022, our Wella Master Colour expert, Natalie Smith, recharged her colour skills and her passion, by completing the Master Colour Expert Maximiser course.
As well as discovering the science behind the new cutting-edge updates in hair colour, the course content enabled Natalie and her colleagues to work with the latest products, formulas, and techniques.
Natalie was also delighted to meet well-known hairdresser and Nioxin Trichologist, Mark Blake, and discover more about Trichology – the science and structure of all hair types, as well as hair and scalp conditions and hair transplants.
We are recruiting!
As we look forward to 2023, we are excited to welcome new members of the team as we are once again recruiting! We are looking for Senior Creative Stylists who seek to build their client base and benefit from the numerous Wella training opportunities we can offer.
Working hours are negotiable, with part- and full-time positions available.
